"It’s been 3 days since I was involved in a car accident that wasn’t my fault. A claim was opened, but no one has contacted me since. I haven’t received any updates or guidance on what steps I need to take. I’m left without a car and without any information. I’ve been trying to reach my agent for the past three days, but all I get is voicemail. Also, even though my insurance includes rental car coverage, no one explained how to use it — so I’ve been left without transportation and support in a critical situation. This kind of treatment toward customers is absolutely unacceptable. I expect professionalism and responsiveness, especially during times when help is truly needed."
